Luis service tech was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and executed great customer service from start to finish. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. Car buying was hassle free. The entire process took about 2 hours. I paid cash for a new car and expected to be pressured to sign up for a lease or do dealership financing. That didn't happen at all. I expected them to throw some young salesman at me to pressure me to buy the extended warranty. That didn't happen at all. If you do your research online and get the out the door price from the manager, there will be no nonsense. The manager explained the technology to me and my husband. Everything was so straightforward, and nobody tried to act fake friendly to us. And for all the women buyers, I can definitely say the manager will talk to you directly and take all your questions seriously so ask away. The manager is not going to talk only to your husband/boyfriend just because he's a guy.
