I recently visited Tracy Toyota to check out a few different models of cars. A salesman named Khalil (apologies if incorrectly spelled) came over to assist. We explained that I am in the early stages of car shopping and just trying to get an idea of what I actually want, but even with this in mind he was super helpful and kind. He gave some really good perspective and knowledge that I'm so appreciative for. Overall I was comfortable during my experience, didn't feel pushed, and was able to gain some useful information for my process of choosing a car. Thank you!

This is a delayed review of my experience on Christmas Eve 2024. It’s the day before Christmas and I was worried and was super panic because I couldn’t get the electric charger unplugged after it’s done charging. So I had to towed the car to here, Tracy Toyota. It’s Christmas Eve and the service area was super busy. The girl named Tatiana Verduzco was so nice and kind, she comforted me and wiped off my tears and told me that she will ask a mechanic person to help me out. It’s late and it’s Christmas Eve, everyone was busy. However a super nice guy named Marco( or Mario?sorry couldn’t remember the exact name) helped me manage to unplug the cable. It’s raining and he didn’t complain about the rain instead he talked about how to do it the right way and educated me how to avoid the same issue in the future, he taught me all this IN THE RAIN! What a wonderful guy! I have been totally touched and moved by the excellent costumer service here. Both Tatiana and Marco(?) are the best ever! I hope you (whoever in charge) could share my words with both of them and tell them how much I appreciate their kindness and patience! Also definitely I would recommend this place to anyone wants a best service! Thank you Tracy Toyota!!!
