Had an amazing experience with the parts department. Sally is very proficient and provides excellent customer service. She took the time to investigate the exact part needed as the diagrams were vague. She was prompt in communication back with me the process, and by the end of the day I had the exact part needed in hand. I believe the gentleman's name was Kyle who helped once I got there for pick up was great service as well. It is nice to have competent and friendly service throughout the process. If you consider Stockton Toyota, do yourself a favor and drive the extra to Tracy Toyota because Stockton Toyota has very poor service in their parts department. Tracy Toyota parts team for the win.
