I just purchased a Highlander Hybrid, which is a car that is very difficult to find. I had been searching for a couple of months on my own before contacting Tracy Toyota. Tim searched inventories regularly and succeeded in finding the car I wanted and within my budget in a relatively short period of time. The communication during this process exceeded my expectations. During my wait for the "paperwork" to be completed, the sales staff and administrative staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Tracy Toyota.

This was my first time going to Tracy Toyota for service. My first impressions, was WOW, everyone was so polite and courteous. I genuinely felt welcomed to bring my Rav4 there for service. My service advisor Jasmine gets a 10 out 10, she was the nicest service agent I could ever have. She took excellent care of me and thoroughly took her time to go over all the details and things to know. You can tell, Jasmine takes pride in her work and so as the others from what I observed and heard. Additionally, even the parts department and cashier were super nice and customer service oriented. From my first appointment, I want to say the Tracy Toyota service department staff and others are a top notch team. I'm glad they will be servicing my Rav4 from now on.
