They have excellent customer service. Very friendly staff who are prompt in taking action and receive you with friendly smile when you go there. Listen to your needs and provide various options. I have been going to this place for last 12 years and have purchased 2 brand new vehicles also.

We had a 7:30 appointment but I arrived a little early and they took me right in.The name of my specialist was Jen. She took excellent care of me. After doing the paperwork she showed me to the waiting room. A few minutes later she returned with the news that I had to have some work on my breaks as I had complained that when I stepped on them I heard a squeaking sound. She said it was covered in the maintenance package. I agreed to have the work done. She told me that it was going to take several hours and that they had a shuttle that would take me where I want to go. The dealership is in Tracy and I wanted to go to Lathrop where my daughter lived. Bob the driver took me licity split to Lathrop. About 1:30 they called saying my car was ready. Shannon my daughter had business in Tracy and took me back to the dealership. Thanks for a great experience. Yours truly: Van Potter

Mina was a great! He explained the did fences between the Honda prologue and Honda crv. He was patient with me while I took some time to make a decision. In the end I went back and purchased the Honda prologue and I’m very happy with my decision.
