I bought a 2024 RAM 3500 from Tracy Toyota and I am very happy. Sadat helped me from the first email. Every question I asked he just answered, and he sent me the CARFAX before I even asked twice. We are new in America and buying a truck like this felt like a big step, but he made it easy and treated me with respect the whole way. One visit and it was done. The truck is perfect. Ask for Sadat, he is a good man.

Had an appointment at 930. Rolled up at 9:25 and was asked to wait by my car. It was over 20min before I was checked in. There was one customer ahead of me who didn't have an appointment and they decided to help him first. What business gives priority to walk-ins over scheduled services?
