Zyn was very knowledgeable and prepared to respond to all of my questions. She was able to guide me through the process of buying new tires and the 90K mile tune up on my 2020 Camry. When the tires we ordered were not in stock (even though the computer said they were), Zyn immediately called me and made arrangements to upgrade the selected tires with no additional cost to me. I would highly recommend Zyn for all your automotive needs at Tracy Toyota.

Good
Overall, the transaction went well. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Communication with their sales department could have been better; I had to initiate contact several times to check the status of the transaction. Also, had to wait a long time to get to their finance department even though I completed most of the paperwork ahead of time.

Had to make my appt later than I wanted, took shuttle home to wait the more than 3 hours I was told to wait but my car was ready sooner than that. After waiting an hour and a half and the shuttle was still not available they sent an uber to take me back to the dealership more than 2 hours after my car was ready. No bueno!

Had to bring in our new C-HR to the service department, on a Tuesday, due to some warnings coming up on our screen. Was told, at first, they would not be able to look at the car until 6 days later on Monday, then learned they were running diagnostics on the car the next day. Mauricio Flores, Service Advisor, kept us in the loop, explained what the problem was and the remedy. We were able to get our car back in 1 day, everything is in working order under warranty!

My Service advisor is great !
This was a spur of the moment decision to stop by and see what was available. I hadn't bought a vehicle since 2005. I'm an old lady and all this technology was overwhelming. They were so patient with all my dumb questions, even connected my phone into the system. I'm still learning all the features but it drives like a dream and I have Air Conditioning and cruise control for the first time since about 2007. I feel so spoiled. Thanks so much!
I did have an appointment at 7am. Checked in was quick and I was taken care of. I was told it would be an hour to 2 hour wait. I decided to stick around and have breakfast across the street while I wait. By the time I came back around 758am I hung out until I saw my car in the parking lot my service advisor called for it to come around and I met him at his counter. I was out at about 827am not bad for a Monday morning.
