Excellent work, quick and very communicative. Jen is an all star! Only thing holding back a five star review is that I found a couple ketchup spots on my passenger side floor mats. Sucks but it’s alright, that’s why they’re all weather floors mats.

I had a service scheduled for 11 am. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and needed to get it done sooner ASAP to drive down to LA. They were able to squeeze me in earlier and have me on the road within 2 hours. They were professional and respectful the whole time. I greatly appreciate their help in such a critical time.

Absolutely Amazing Service. I’ve been going to them for a while now. Ripped fender liner, broken fog light, uncalibrated back bumper. These guys are always attentive, Punctual and Helpful in any way they can. I drive all the way from Lathrop just to see them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just ask for Mikey and you’re guaranteed to be all set up.
Luis was so helpful, aside from helping me got my two recalls resolved, he also helped me get my passenger window fixed which is user warranty. I couldn’t appreciate his help more, it was a great experience.

Had an appointment at 930. Rolled up at 9:25 and was asked to wait by my car. It was over 20min before I was checked in. There was one customer ahead of me who didn't have an appointment and they decided to help him first. What business gives priority to walk-ins over scheduled services?

No add-ons, fees, or stupid games - they charge for the car, tax, and dmv. That's it.
Nice people - had a smooth experience with Nour, my sales rep. That happens but I also had a great experience with the finance guy. That usually doesn't happen as finance are usually the people who pile it on.

Zyn was very knowledgeable and prepared to respond to all of my questions. She was able to guide me through the process of buying new tires and the 90K mile tune up on my 2020 Camry. When the tires we ordered were not in stock (even though the computer said they were), Zyn immediately called me and made arrangements to upgrade the selected tires with no additional cost to me. I would highly recommend Zyn for all your automotive needs at Tracy Toyota.
