I cannot say enough good things about the team here, especially Mauricio! He truly went above and beyond to try to help me with my car during a stressful situation. Even though we weren’t able to get things worked out with my insurance to complete the repair, Mauricio was incredibly supportive, empathetic, and communicative the entire time. On top of that, they didn't even charge me for the rental car, which made my trip so much easier and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone in service who genuinely cares about helping people over just making a sale. I am so grateful to Mauricio and the team for their kindness, honesty, and support!

I had a great experience with Tracy Toyota! Joshua was amazing from the very beginning, answering all my questions and making sure I had the information I needed throughout the process, including the test drive. Victor also did a great job and was helpful throughout the experience. My only complaint was the long wait time to sign the paperwork and I also felt rushed while signing the paperwork. The process took much longer than expected, and that part could definitely be improved. Luis is always a pleasure to work with. Attentive, straightforward, clear and patient. Service team was quick on this visit and that’s always appreciated.

I wanted a specific colored RAV4 woodland. The rav4 is probably one of the most in demand vehicles for 2026. I went to other dealerships, put down deposits got told they'd let me know when a car would become available. Got told that my specific requests would make it hard to get an allocation. One dealership told me 2-3 months and I never heard back from them. Another told me it could be 6 or more months who knows other customers have waited years for specific trims of cars. In total I visited three dealerships before Tracy. I went to Tracy with the intent of putting another deposit down to increase my chances of getting the car on a wait-list that might not work out. Haseeb went to go talk to a manager for a bit, I'm sitting there waiting to put my name on another list. Haseeb comes back and says "We got the car, we'll need your deposit." So somehow through his dealership magic he was able to get me the trim I wanted. He even gave me the VIN so I could check online it's arrival time and process. No waiting, no guessing. Excellent service.
