Had an amazing experience with the parts department. Sally is very proficient and provides excellent customer service. She took the time to investigate the exact part needed as the diagrams were vague. She was prompt in communication back with me the process, and by the end of the day I had the exact part needed in hand. I went to modesto toyota and they didn't offer the same service, almost as if they didnt want to sell me a car. Tracy toyota was the compete opposite.

Oil change. Originally had late morning appt, but they are on lunch from 11am to 1pm. So asked for earliest appointment to be completed before lunch.
They said 830 am.
Get here on time and they said they will try to be done in 2hrs. Ended up being 1hr 40 min.
Unfortunately the waiting area has this teenie bopper 2000' pop music. Should have brought ear plugs. There are only 4 well padded chairs (without arms-which is great), and no TV's.
